Special Fx has more innovation than Above and Beyond. Thats what it takes to win a dunk contest but Above and Beyond jumps out of the gym. I say FX

FX is too better than A&B, A&B is only strong, FX is a very good dunker, he demostrated it in shaq dunkman contest (He won vs troy mcray nd KD )

I would say a tie! Reason being...both dude have an age difference. I think AB in his prime like say his 20's could definitely give Special EFX more go! AB is in his 30's now and you gotta give dude credit. He got the Guiness Book of world record so...12'2 is all I gotta say! I am 33 and I respect older guys that can hang with the young dudes, but I love Special EFX because he got game also and is a great dunker! And AB played some college ball and overseas as well! So I gotta say a tie for these two dudes! Both are about the same height, played college ball and overseas, and both can do more than just dunk!
