Share 'Noticeable Non-Participants for this year's City Slam!'

These are two noteable dunkers that will not be participating in this years City slam contest: 1) Skywalker 2) Mr. 720 Can anybody think of any other dudes that can get up not participating? I noticed these 2 not on the list and I was shocked! I don't know wether it was because of other obligations, injury, who knows? Especially Skywalker because he won it like 2 year ago so...Holla back people…
